Pavilion transformed for “Maine event” by Dee, Donna & Clara
Kathy and Dusty Rhodes have been doing lobsterbakes for over 30 years. They have done them in locations as far north as Boothbay Harbor, Maine, as far west as Phoenix, Arizona and as far south as the Keys.
Come to this “Southernmost Lobsterbake” for a terrific culinary experience and a great theatrical performance. Be prepared to take a few photos as more than 100 lobsters, bushels of corn, lots of potatoes, onions, mussels, clams, vegan sausage, eggs and salmon are all buried in seaweed from Maine and steamed to perfection over a blazing wood fire.
