Two Dates in Lent
Wednesday, March 11th – Lectio Divina
Lectio is a meditative form of prayer where you actively listen to sacred text, reflect on it and then enter into a personal dialogue with God. No experience necessary – you will be slowly led through the prayer. A half-hour of Adoration follows ending with Benediction.
Wednesday, March 18th – Vespers
Vespers or evening prayer are recited to give thanks for the day just past and to offer praise to God. We will pray Vespers in community and then close with a half-hour of Adoration ending with Benediction.
